Office Location: Fairfax, Virginia
Description: The
responsibility of
this position requires the candidate to gain in-depth knowledge and trainer certification
for the designated Internet Browser based Accountability products implemented
world-wide by the corporation. The
Trainer will be responsible for developing training plans, providing training to primary
and secondary school administrative staff along with providing remote and on site support.
The candidate of choice will have the ability to under go the rigor of the
highly recognized internal Consulting, Services and Solutions Group, Inc.
trainer certification requirements program. The
candidate selected for this position must have the ability to travel abroad for
periods up to six (6) weeks per engagement to such destinations
as the UK, Germany, Japan, Italy, Spain, Iceland and others as well as extensive
travel within the US as required. This career path is highly
compensated with an extensive bonus compensation component incorporated.
Required Skills: Windows
XP, Networking, Crystal Reports 9.0 and above.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree or
equivalent.
Experience Required:
1 to 2 years software
training or classroom teaching experience and 5+ years experience in a systems integration or software
development environment. Must have experience in a Windows 98/2000 environment
and be accustom to using PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication
skills are required. Candidate must be a team player and leader
and should have experience working in a structured environment. Experience in a
variety of customer environments is a plus.
