When you secure the outsourcing services of Consulting, Services and Solutions Group, Inc. a project manager is assigned to oversee our efforts, tasks, completion criteria and ensure you are delighted with the results.  You are not charged for the services of the project manager assigned to the outsourcing engagement, his/her responsibility is to ensure success by managing the engagement.  You are only billed for the services of the team member(s) that are on-site and/or completing the tasks associated with the actual outsourcing engagement.
