If a personnel/human resource office/department does not exist for your prior Employer, reference verification with a minimum of two (2) confirmed principals of the organization or corporation (co-workers excluded), is required. A direct verification of at least two (2) previous employers in the last five (5) years will be conducted, in addition to the references noted on an applicant’s application. Additionally, a credit history and verification will be completed to also include a search of public record information, such as civil court judgments or/and collection information, a criminal background check is also undertaken as well as driving record history check to enhance the safety of our clients when our staff is motoring on school campuses and/or military installations.

What We Will Expect At A Minimum From Any Team Member Joining Our Organization:

* Team members are expected to arrive to work in time to start work on time, everyday;

Team members are expected to maintain low absenteeism;

Domestic and International Travel as required (the extent is position dependent and/or dictated by the needs of the business);

An on-going active effort in the area of technical and professional skill enhancement and maintenance through formal and informal training;
