CSSG Division Reporting System Workshop (For VA Schools)

Duration:         One Day

Audience:        New or experienced CSSG Division Reporting System users. This program was developed expressly to meet the reporting requirements of the Virginia Dept. of Education.

Prerequisite:    Experience using and exporting data files from Win School using the District Extract module.

Key Topics:

Ø Understanding your School Division/District Standards Document and Procedures;

Ø The impact of the School Division/District data standards on the State Reports results;

Ø How to setup and use the fields in Win School to generate the state reports;

Ø Review of each school level and division level report and how each report is generated;

Ø Troubleshooting techniques and tips at the division and school level;

Ø Running the state reports using your Win School database

Note: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring their own school bases and district extract files to use for this course during the class.
