Note: To successfully complete any class
or workshop, you must attend the entire session. Please plan your
schedule accordingly. All classes will be held at Consulting,
Services and Solutions Group, Inc., Fairfax offices, unless
explicitly stated otherwise. All classes will begin at 8:00 a.m. and
conclude each day at 3:00 p.m.
Consulting, Services and Solutions Group, Inc. reserves the right to
cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment one (1) week
prior to the start of class. Plan A: Training Only. Plan B:
Training, Accommodations & Meals. Plan B includes training,
continental breakfast each morning at the hotel , lunch, and
lodging. Participants are responsible for transportation to/from the
Fairfax area via auto, train or airline, and to/from the hotel(s) to
the training facility.
Registration and payment option must be received to secure a seat in
a class and is due no less than three (3) weeks prior to class start
date. Registrations made less than three (3) weeks before the class
date are non-refundable registrations.
Payment in full is due prior to training and may be paid by check,
money order, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Check or money order
should be made payable to Consulting, Services and Solutions Group,
Inc. and mailed to the attention of: Consulting, Services and
Solutions Group, Inc., Training and Support, 4041 University Drive,
Suite 202, Fairfax, VA 22030-3410.
Cancellations three (3) weeks prior to the class start date will be
subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within three (3)
weeks before the class start date and/or no shows are
non-refundable. Class may be canceled if there are less than three
(3) participants. In the event that class is canceled by Consulting,
Services and Solutions Group, Inc., all fees will be refunded.
